The Systems Technical Coordinator's primary responsability is purchasing process support and technical project management. The Systems department staff contributes their expertise to a wide range of maintenance, integration, optomization, and problem resolution tasks. The Technical Coordinator reports to the Head of Systems and works closely with the Help Desk Coordinator and Systems department staff on daily tasks, project assignments and priorities.

Primary Responsabilities

  • Systems department purchasing: documenting technical requirements, submitting requirements for quote, creating and processing purchase orders, working with accounts payable to insure timely payments.
  • Managing hardware and software maintenance agreements and warranties. Maintaining the vendor database.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and a purchasing and reporting application is required. Experience with Adobe applications is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira or similar documentation and ticketing solutions. Experience with Jira workflows is a plus.
